They believe that you can tell what a person stands for by clearly understanding the principles that they operate their business by.
They believe that when it’s time to buy or sell a home you must have a person representing your interest more than they are representing their commission check.
They believe that when you work with a consultant who works by referral, they must have integrity or else they have no future business.
They believe you want to work with a consultant who relies 100 percent on referrals because it means they must have a high-integrity approach to representing your best interest, because they have to.
Mike and Darlene believe that their clients deserve to have the most skilled consultant, negotiator, and overseer of the details representing them at all times.
While working with buyers or sellers, Mike and Darlene always ask themselves “If this were my son, daughter, mother, father, sister, brother or best friend, how would I want their real estate agent to treat them?”
It is Mike and Darlene’s goal to make their buyers and sellers so outrageously happy with their service that their buyer or seller will gladly introduce them to at least two people they really care about even before they buy or sell a home. Mike and Darlene have lived in the Midlands area for most of the 35 years they have been married. They have called Lexington and Irmo, SC home. They have a married daughter that resides in Charleston and a son that is the Army National Guard currently serving in Afghanistan. They enjoy spending time with family and friends, playing tennis and volunteering at church and their community.
